FL466 Vanguard Order Form
Vanguard Ordering Form for Members, Families and Friends of the Lakeland Composite Squadron
Starting May 2, 2024, CAP Members, Families of CAP Members and Friends whom attend a squadron meeting will be able to purchase Vanguard items directly through the Squadron Supply Officer. The CAP may be an Auxiliary of the United States Air Force, but it is also a non-profit organization. Items purchased directly through the Squadron Supply Officer can be purchased directly at cost, tax free.
Additionally, CAP members whom are members of the Lakeland Composite Squadron can now take advantage of an additional 10% off, TAX FREE, with FREE SHIPPING (for all orders which exceed $60).
For example, a CAP Airman Flight Cap for males (SKU: CAP0994M) costs $23.85/ea. Normally, the cost would be $23.85 + $1.67 (taxes) + $5.35 (shipping, cheapest option) = $30.87. However, when a FL466 member purchases Vanguard items directly through the Squadron Supply Officer, that cost then becomes: $23.85 - 2.39 (discount) + $0.00 (tax) + $0.00 (shipping) = $21.46, ultimately saving 30.5%. Our goal is to help make CAP uniforms more affordable for CAP members, especially those in our own squadron.
Under this Ordering Program, the following rules are being set forth:
- Orders must be placed via this site's order form (orders are sent to the Squadron Commander, the Deputy Commanders, the Supply Officer, and the Finance Officer).
- You must bring either cash or check (made out to "FL466 Lakeland Composite Squadron" to any squadron meeting for the specific amount that you're purchasing. Orders will be placed every Friday, for all orders which funding has been provided. If funding is not provided at the squadron meeting, your order will be postponed to the following Friday.
- Once your order has been received, those items will be brought to the squadron for distribution at the following squadron meeting. If you are not there to collect your purchases, the Supply Officer, or their delegate (Cadet Supply Officer) will store those items in a secure cabinet. You may collect them at anytime you come to a squadron meeting, or by delegation to any other member or member's family.
How To Fill Out The Form Below...
- Personal Information: Fill in your First and Last Name, your CAPID, your email address, and your phone number. These MUST be accurate. If you are not a member yourself, you MUST list a CAPID of a current CAP member. (NOTE: ONLY FL466 MEMBERS benefit from the additional 10% discount)
- Purchase Information: Enter the Vanguard SKU number, a description, size, quantity, unit cost (cost of each item) and the total cost (unit cost x quantity). If there is more information that is needed, please be sure to supply that information in the Optional Fields 1 or 2, as necessary.

If the Supply Officer receives multiple requests, they will email you one time, with two different amounts applied.
